TextMyTrack - Terms of Service & SMS Terms

1. Program Description
TextMyTrack is an interactive live-event messaging service that allows venue attendees to submit song requests and optional tips directly to the event DJ via SMS text messaging.
2. User Consent & Opt-In
By sending an inbound text message to a TextMyTrack designated phone number or scanning a venue QR code, you provide express consent to receive automated SMS text messages related to your song request.
Opt-in is strictly user-initiated. Examples of opt-in messages include:
"Play Blinding Lights by The Weeknd"
"Request: Levitating"
Any text message containing a song, artist name, or music request.
3. Message Frequency & Cost Disclosures
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions during the event.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
4. Cancellation & Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the event phone number. You may also text UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT.
After sending STOP, you will receive one final automated confirmation message:
"You have successfully unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from TextMyTrack."
No further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate a new song request at a future event.
5. Support & HELP Instructions
If you need assistance, text HELP to the event phone number at any time. You will receive an automated reply:
"TextMyTrack Song Requests: Text a song title or artist to request music. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply. Support: support@textmytrack.com"

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and US Cellular) are not liable for delayed, misrouted, or undelivered messages.
7. Age & Eligibility
By texting a TextMyTrack phone number, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or possess parental/guardian permission to participate.
