TextMyTrack ("we," "our," or "us") provides a live-event SMS communication platform connecting event attendees with DJs. When you interact with our service, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number.

• Inbound text message content (song titles, artist names, or requests).

• Timestamp and delivery metadata associated with your messages.

• Transaction identifiers if you choose to tip the DJ via our third-party payment processor (Stripe).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your mobile information solely to provide and operate the TextMyTrack song request service during the specific live event you are attending. This includes:

• Ingesting and routing your song request to the DJ’s live queue.

• Sending automated status updates (e.g., confirmation of receipt, queue position, or playing notification).

• Generating and delivering optional tipping checkout links.

3. Strict Non-Sharing Policy for Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or text message data to any third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with verified service providers solely to deliver core operational functionality:

• Twilio: Telecommunications gateway used strictly for sending and receiving your SMS messages.

• Stripe: Payment infrastructure used solely for securely handling DJ tips (we do not store payment card details).

5. Message Rates & Frequency

Message frequency varies per event based on your individual interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

6. Data Retention & Opt-Out

Phone numbers and event interaction logs are retained only as long as necessary to facilitate event operations and reporting. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting STOP.
